First thing my dad did when he bought his parents place is take down the 8' fence around that garden. Several years later we were putting it back up. They would walk down the rows and clip the bean sprouts off even with the dirt.

Yes. Usually spray every 1-2 weeks.

.22 with a suppressor would be ideal.
