Is it too hot for MSM on centipede? (Dollar weed)

Spot spraying, so what I read in another thread is use 1/8th tsp MSM in 1 gallon water with surfactant.

Nah, it'll stunt it's growth for a week or so and slightly yellow it, though. Make sure you don't over apply.

Looks like for spot spraying, 0.1 oz per 4 gallons. Is that the same as 1/8 tsp (0.5 grams)?

I just blanket sprayed MSM Turf using 1/8 tsp in 1.5 gallons of water.
Perfect temps for it.

1/8 tsp is .125 of a tsp
Spot spraying rate translates to .15 tsp
Add another 5-7 pellets

Problem is I don’t have a 1/8 tsp measuring spoon. And the measuring cup that comes with MSM is in oz.

If you buy the name brand msm, manor, it comes with the perfect measuring cone.

Last I checked, if the target weed is VBW, it seemed the amount recommended on the label was actually at or above the centipede max.

I get nervous about even applying fertilizer to centipede over fear of burning it.
Now of course our last nice day of the year is Mother’s Day so I can’t be ducking around in the yard. Everything seems to be running and growing though so I guess I will just be a mow guy this season.

I use 0.9 grams per gallon. That little balance I got from Amazon takes the guess work out of it.
