I was watching tv and I heard all this cracking and didn’t know where it was coming from. I looked out the door and saw the outside glass panel is all cracked up but the inside is good.
How much is is to replace four glass panels?

That should not be too much….unless the inner and outer come as a sealed unit.

But who does this work? Where is OP located?

Glass shop should be able to take care of that. Probably a wood glass bead on the inside that gets removed. The divided lights need to be carefully removed. Usually you get a heat gun to soften the tape. But since it’s broken you can probably take the glass out and then scrape the glass from the sdl.
As far as price I don’t know. I’m out of touch in glass price. $300 glass, $300 labor?

If in BTR area, call Rion Bass Glass. Give him Jayson Payments name. Jayson does auto glass in BTR. For all else, try Rion.

I just replaced one myself

Ordered safety glass from here
I removed the molding that held the glass in. Then took door off hinges and beat the glass out. It was held in by a really resilient glue of some sort that I had to scrape off. The. I flipped the door and put a bead of silicone and placed the glass in. Put something heavy on it to keep it in place for about 30 min then remounted the door and reinstalled the moulding,

There you go. Taking the door off makes it easier to work on. Not 100% necessary but it works. Gives you some leverage
Get a wide putty knife and sharpen the edge. Get a heat gun and heat the knife and you can get behind the adhesive and scrape the old glass.

Are you sure it's 4 separate panes of glass? Maybe the muttons are just cosmetic

$100 for the glass, another $200 to install....my guess....
If it is double paned, triple that.

This is what I just paid to replace one window pain like the OP's door.
