Need a couple of quality hose reels. One on a cart and one that will mount to a 6x6 post under my barn - could modify to wider mounting template if necessary. Not interested in keeping it under $100 - I subscribe to buy once cry once when I can.

Not happy with the reviews I've found online, seem to be paid for and/or contrived bullshite - any help would be appreciated.

I like mine too but last winter the connection from the hose to the reel came loose. It had been sitting for a while before colder temps so it wasn’t like there was standing water in it. I went online to see if it was under warranty and that was the only thing they didn’t cover. Now I have to unscrew it every time I roll in the hose. I may buy another this summer but it sucked to pay that much and the one thing not covered break.

Another vote for Eley. They are expensive, but worth it. Customer service is top notch if you ever have an issue. 10 year warranty on the reels. Hose pipe legit, too.

This is the one I have; $119.00. The only problem I have are the legs so if you get it be careful not to slide it bc the legs will bend.

Might I also add while you’re at it, invest in a set of solid brass quick connects. I don’t have the eley ones, I bought some off of Amazon. The cheap crap from Home Depot/Lowe’s will corrode in no time (I had to saw one off of my hose bib that was on there less than 2 years). Solid brass with replaceable o rings and solid brass body in line ball valves are on all of my hoses hose bibs and hoses.

I have a Hoselink and couldn't be happier. It's mounted to a 4x4 currently.

Will probably get another for the hose on the side of the house.
