My baseboard ran behind the toilet. It was a pinhole leak in the copper water supply line that soaked the base plate over several days. I saw moisture at the brick weep holes on the exterior that caused me to remove the baseboard and find the leak. It wasn't the soldered fitting it was actually a pinhole leak in the 1/2" copper pipe after 25years.

Just returned last week from driving the coast between Cambria and Monterrey. Hearst castle is back in full swing giving tours now that the roads have been repaired. We ate at The Bench in Pebble beach overlooking the 18th green. Spectacular view.

Just returned from Yosemite and Big Sur area this week. Stayed in Mariposa. A quaint little town. Very affordable and about an hour drive to the park. The entrance from the south is much more scenic and you arrive at Mariposa Grove in the park. The giant sequoias are a sight to see. From there an hour drive through Wawona to the valley. See the climbers on El Capitan is definitely a must. Bring binoculars since they look like dots on the mountain.

We just got back from the "mighty 5" along with Park City and the same in and out of SLC. Awesome!! One that gets overlooked is right outside Canyonlands is Dead Horse Point state park. This one has a horseshoe bend of the Colorado river. Great scenery with nice trails.
