Put in some cabinets, drywall work, pressure wash driveway, etc…

Go on Angie’s List. You might be able to find a neighborhood kid willing to do the pressure washing. Had a middle schooler last summer hand out flyers in our neighborhood to do that.

Never use Brent Sherwood, Sherwood Trim. Quality of work is horrible.
