Camp unit tripping breaker after running for about 15-20 minutes. Did so multiple times so I shut it off. Thoughts?

Electric furnace or gas furnace with central unit? Or is it an air sourced heat pump?
Is it a 240V breaker that’s tripping? It’s possible to have a “bad” breaker or loose wire connections to the breaker which may be causing it to overheat and then trip, which may or may not be related to an issue with the furnace.
Electric furnace - possibly a bad/grounded electric heat strip? Usually safety devices within the furnace should cause the furnace to shut down without tripping the breaker.
Can’t think of anything in a gas furnace that would cause a 240 V breaker to trip when in heat mode as the blower motor in the air handler runs on 120 V and would be on a separate 120 V circuit.
Heat pump - ????

Feel the circuit breaker. Is it hot to the touch? More so than the others? If so, could be a bad breaker. Also, could be a bad heat strip. This problem could have hidden itself until the air temp outside dipped low enough to cause the unit to switch on the heat strip.

I've had this happen, cheap and easy thing to check first.
