I would not call a franchised national company, just call someone local like NOLA Baws plumbing LLC. Those franchised national companies are almost always at least 25% and often 50% or more expensive (150% whatever) and in my experience not as good. They really only do repairs for ignorant homeowners. They are never used by local contractors for new builds and stuff, for a reason.

I always use Louis Mechancial for sewer issues. Not the cheapest but they know what they're doing. Ended up having to sawcut and bust up some slab at my parents house a few years ago after the kitchen sink line rotted out and they handled it well.
