The girl's father was a big UGA donor or some bigwig in Georgia with a lot of clout which is why the arrest occured.

I had a Bama fan bite me in the arse in a Tuscaloosa bar (We were singing Bama won't you bite my arse). I would NEVER have considered pressing charges.

Mett had five misdemeanor charges: underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, obstruction and two counts of possession of false identification in an incident near Valdosta (a/k/a FAKE ID).

As far as being banned from Valdosta, it was for a 1 year time period. It's a shite hole and him not being able to go there didn't ruin his life.

3am on Bourbon street is not Monday, 11am at the office.

yes, I am not surprised to see it. Neither are the other 15 people sitting there watching him. How many heinous crimes do you see where 15 people sit around and laugh and watch? It's Bourbon Street, the mentality is totally different than most other real life situations.

Would I mind? Well, if i were sober and awake, it wouldnt happen. If i was passed out somewhere, and this happened and i saw it 2 days later, i would be more embarrassed by my actions than this Bama clown. I wouldnt even think of pressing charges. That's embarrassing as well.

No, this is not the bigger problem. Putting genitalia on someone will always be a bigger problem than merely having it out. I can flash a person and get in trouble, but I will get in more trouble for slapping someone with my schlong.

you are naive and clueless.

putting your balls on some passed out guy during the aftermath of a huge rival is a prank. Walking around with your cock or balls out is absolutely more frowned upon. Go to a Mardi Gras. Go to Bourbon street. And see how cops respond to guys that whip their dick out on the street.

I grew up in NOLA and I've seen arrests for this sort of thing during Mardi Gras.

Just because SOME cops overlook things (at least in your mind) doesn't mean they ALL do.

yea, thats my whole point. stupid.

they are more likely to overlook a prank where some guy attempts to put his balls on another guys head than they would be had a guy whipped his junk out and swung it around at a group of females.

which is why i said him letting his balls hangout after the fact was the worst part of the act. It's one think to pull a prank, its another thing to expose yourself for an extended period of time like the guy did.

as for cops overlooking things, if they arrested everyone on Bourbon street that was doing something "illegal", then the jail cells would be mighty crowded and the police would wear themselves thin. Im not totally advocating anything. It's all different, depending on the incident.

It's hilarious for people to be calling for this guys arrest after the fact. For what? What will it accomplish? Had the situation been so dire, someone would have stepped in and put his balls back in his pants. It was late night. In New Orleans. On Bourbon Street. Stupid shite happens.

You're a douche for being so nonchalant about something like this.

Doesn't mean it's right and everybody gets a free pass because of that.

Your attitude is an example of that.

I think you need to pull out your Funk & Wagnalls and review the definition of a prank.

Putting your genitalia on someone you don't know when they're passed out is not what anyone in their right mind would call a prank.

You're calling me stupid? I think I have a higher IQ in my pinky than you do (based on your moronic comments in this and other threads.)

The NOPD said if the victim presses charges the perp will be charged with sexual battery. Sexual battery is sexual battery correct? And you can down play a dude grabbing a girl's butt all you want, but if you care to actually look into it, it's a little more than that. It's not everyday that someone gets banned from a city in the U.S..

The NOPD obviously doesn't know what the law is. The State of Louisiana can prosecute the guy for whatever relevant charge without the victim. It would not be John Deaux v. Bama Teabagger, it would be State of LA v. Bama Teabagger.

Re: Mett, he was underage in a bar with a fake ID. (It's not like any of us have never used a fake ID and drank when we were not legally old enough.) Mett grabbed some bigwig's daughter's boobs/arse and Mr. Bigwig put pressure on the cops to make an arrest. It was probably Mr. Bigwig that wanted to keep Mett away from his little girl and out of Valdosta, not the court, hence the ban.

Tits and arse grabbing doesn't compare to pulling out your wank in a public place and rubbing it on someone you don't know.

I can imagine with the video gone viral that some mother/father is going to recognize their kid and all hell is going to break loose.

I'm not concerned with the circumstances here:

drunk
sober
coma
etc

If anyone ever put their nasty alabama ballsack near, I'd put the steel-toed boots to work.

I agree, in a sense, with Lester Earl. This guy shouldn't have drank so damn much; if he hadn't, this would've never been an issue.

On the other hand, all those people just laughing and cracking up while he did that are fricking weak. I can put myself in that situation and I'll tell you straight up, I wouldn't just sit and watch.

If that girl wasn't wearing those skimpy clothes, she would not have been raped either.

Jesus.

Look, I'm admitting the guy shouldn't have done that. It was wrong, and he should be prosecuted. But I will make the point that when you get THAT drunk in a place like New Orleans, you're putting yourself in a bad situation even if it's not your fault.

Just because drunky mcgee didn't do anything wrong doesn't take it away. He has a red, scarlet letter "T" on his face for life.

The "T" is for testicles.

I wouldn't necessarily put it that way, but if I passed out at a cheap, disgusting burger joint in the middle of the night on Bourbon Street and the worst that happened to me was a some a-hole rubbed his nuts on me and I wasn't even aware of it, well, I would be pissed, but also happy that was the worst thing that happened.

No doubt. Considering the city he was in, he could've easily been robbed or killed.

This reminds me of the chicks who dress like sluts, get drunk as a pig, go to Reggie's or some such bar, and wake up in bed next to some schlomo. First thing they say: "OMG HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME."

Yeah, maybe so, but you still put yourself in a situation to be taken advantage of .
