Why do we not have a history board

We have a board for everything else it seems like. We should have a board to discuss historical events or time periods we find interesting. For god sakes there’s a home and garden board now

Something like History/Current Affairs or History/World Affairs would be nice, but it would definitely be overwhelmed with the Poli crowd.
I mean, in just about every thread of any length (on any board) someone makes a cringeworthy attempt to tie the topic to some anti/pro Trump message.

Because the boards are diluted enough already. You make a separate board and you won’t get any traffic for it and therefore won’t get the good discussions. It will look like the SEC OT
