You would have to ask yourself if net posting is down site-wide with the new boards. I would venture to say it is not and that the niche boards prob draw new users more frequently. Do I think it’s abundant? Prob not. But there’s prob more users because of it.

I blame the fall of the OT Lounge on the addition of the SEC Rant and (more recently) the rise in popularity of the Poli board bringing in a large number of non-LSU fans.

While some of it may be blamed on other boards being created, the majority of it has to do with the posters. They aren't the same anymore.
Posters like Oweo and El Goucho are some of the main posters here, and they completely suck compared to what used to be on the OT.
