Serious question about do's and don'ts in posts

People use "hookers and blow" or talk about crazy thing they did while on drugs in posts, but if you put the word "high" in a thread title the thread gets deleted. Why is one ok and not the other?

I think the number of times a poster has been banned from the board should be part of their poster profile

Getting high is illegal depending on the substance and the jurisdiction. If you had said under the influence I bet it would have stayed up.
