Rename the Gaming board the Gameing/Tech board

frick you. We dont want to be answering a bunch of newb idiot questions where we gather to talk about gaming. You dont go to the movie board to ask how to fix a video camera or the soccer board to ask how to give proper reach arounds, so dont come to the gaming board asking how to fix the computer you fricked up.
