I have had the similar AT&T pop-up twice so far while browsing tigerdroppings, once yesterday and just now this morning. I had to uninstall the Chrome app yesterday and reinstall to clear the message, and will have to do the same today.

One time I was surfing TD in a restaurant and clicked something like the return to first post...the double "<" and all a sudden I go this huge arse porn ad on my phone. Pretty embarrassing. It surprised me.
