Quick question for chicken/mods

Lately, I've been posting film breakdown videos of Harris/Fournette and they've been a hit on the rant.
Someone mentioned that it would be a good idea if I was compensated some money for the effort.
Currently I'm a post grad student that has no source of income and paying for school through loans. The amount of time I have to commit to studying does not allow for a normal job and I work on those videos whenever I have an hour of free time.
So my question is, would it be ok if when I posted my videos, if I provided a link to a GoFundMe page where people could give tips/donations? Any money would seriously help me right now in this time of life.

No offense, but youre not the only one in the same situation.
People use TD to escape the pressure of financial woes.
If you spent time doing a job the same time you spent making your vids, you'd get the money youre asking for. Youre not in the point of your life where you get to dictate what you do for money. That comes well after graduation...and maybe not even then.

If you would have read the original message, you would understand that I do not have time for a normal job. I only have an hour here and there to spare when I am not in classes/studying. It is never consistent times that allow for a normal work schedule. I don't work on the videos 3-4 hours at a time, like a part time job would allow.
And Rummel, if no one gave, then ok. I haven't lost anything monetarily. It's worth a shot.
