IMPORTANT Message Regarding NFL Pick'em and Survivor Contents for Week 2

Week 2 is open again for picks for both contests.

Unbeknownst to many of you, Week 2 closed for picks on Thursday because of the Packers/Bears game. Our pickem software does not store the game times for each individual game and therefore can only use the start time of the first game of the week as the hard deadline for that week. We will change this for next year.
In the meantime, because so many people missed making picks for this week, we will do the following:
- The new deadline for Week 2 is now Sunday, September 16 at 12pm CT for both NFL contests.
- For NFL Pick'em, we will simply discard the Packers/Bears game, even for those that already picked, or just give everyone Green Bay for that game. A majority of players would have picked the Packers anyway. If you picked the Bears, you get a mulligan.
- For NFL Survivor, you are free to make your picks or edit your picks if you already made them. I know that the following players successfully picked Green Bay:

They will advance to Week 3. Anyone else caught picking Green Bay will be disqualified.
- Please pay attention moving forward. The deadline for most weeks will be Thursday for the NFL contests. Please note the deadline for Thanksgiving day is 11:30am. The deadlines for each week are on the contest's home page.
- Survivor sessions will open up some time soon after the Monday night game is complete.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. You may now carry on with your regularly scheduled bullshite.

You should give those of us who got our picks in on time a half point or something...I over-cooked a $35, 12oz Filet Mignon to get my pick in on time. My wife was so pissed I didn't get any last night.
