Hate headlines between threads and menu

On mobile, put the menu directly under the threads like it used to be. Nobody reads headlines.

At least and in a "skip to menu" link back the headlines. There is one next to the top of the thread "return to board " link. Any chance we can get one added next to the bottom of the thread one as well?
