has the formatting of the site changed or is it just me... again?

This time it appears that now every post has about 5 or 6 blank lines below the content of the post. It's as if every poster hit enter 6 times before clickiing submit.
if it is just me, sorry, but if it is new to the site, i don't care for it. it makes for more scrolling and not as smooth readability.

I noticed it too. Not sure if it's just my browser (IE at work) though.
