There HAS to be a penalty for knowingly flaming and trolling a thread when you could easily just stay away from that thread, right?

I have been a poster here for a while and not much bothers me, but I can very honestly tell you that this guy is about to cause me to not visit this site anymore. He makes it unenjoyable. He is unavoidable and pops up around every corner.

I get the "well dont click on one of his threads" logic, but when he shows up unwanted in threads that should be a safe space, like the DAT, then the line has been crossed.
