Chicken... What's up with this add that is popping up while on my phone?

The add on the bottom left jumps in the middle of my screen... No way to get it off.
Anyone else have this problem?

Having same problems with my tablet. Try to blow the text up to make it easier to read and the ad gets in the way.

Chicken, I've switched from desktop to mobile. Seems to help so far.
