God y'all are like the golf threaders

Only three approved daily IM threads and one weekly wrestling

Just start a thread about what supplements you're using or should be using. Asking what you can improve about your workout/what others are doing. Or stalk Gtg in the existing IM thread. There are no limits about what can be discussed in those

Don't make it a scheduled daily or weekly thread because those aren't allowed without chicken or circus child's approval

It's just like_______ board threads. Those are anchored

Start a thread about a topic you want to talk about and it won't get anchored

Fred is just an enforcer. Not a rule maker. He doesn't have that much power. Thank goodness

So the OT is the only board that can have a sanctioned IM thread?

So I have to read about your gaping snatch and squirt vids in order to chat with my friends? Seems a little unfair don't you think?

Yeah

except the food and drink board. And the weekly betting threads on the MSB.

No golf or workout threads though

She's got three daily IM threads to satisfy her massive need for attention and the fitness folks can't get one to discuss fitness, health and other related topics.

Consider it a challenge Paige. Try to make another daily thread all about you.

You seemed to miss the point. These aren't IM threads. They have specific topics and posters stick to them. The issue seems to be with the frequency and how that's displayed in the title. Daily/Weekly.

Basically, what these guys//gals can do is start a thread with a link to a random fitness article and start talking fitness as it relates to said article. At least, that way they're compliant with whatever rule they were apparently breaking.

A fitness board would be useful.

It would provide a place for people to talk about what supplements they use; people could post supplement reviews; people could post links to supplements on sale; etc.

It would also be a could place for people to discuss their daily routines. It could be a place for users to have their routine critiqued. Users could also post links to new workout routines for others to try.

It would be a good place to discuss diets and recipes for healthy eating.

It could be a place for users post transformation pics as they progress through training.

These are just a few ideas
