0Bikes have been very hard to find due to supply chain and Covid restrictions. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My understanding is that is currently very, very hard to find bikes. Your best bet may be to look at online forums for used bikes for sale. I'm in the BRAMBA group on Facebook and people are posting bikes for sale there all the time.
