If you're an AM gym rat, what time are up and how long before you hit the gym? If you take supplements pre-workout, when are you getting those in?

Up at 5am or 6/depending on the day.
At gym 20 to 25min later.
Preworkout as I am getting ready and on the drive

Up around 5:30-5:45. Gym around 6 or so. I feel like I need to eat something light beforehand. I usually do a Greek yogurt and/ or banana with a bottle of water and I’m out the door. Does anyone else feel they need to eat prior to morning workouts?

Up at 3am for a run or swim depending on the day. Work 6-230, weights at 3
Edit: so no one thinks I’m a bad arse, the 3am workouts have been rough lately with a newborn. I probably sleep in half those days, but I’m supposed to be running or swimming lol

Brazos... I hear and if I could hit the gym in the evenings I'd be happier. But by time I get there, it's about 6-6:30pm.

Wake up at 4:20. Get in to the garage gym and start warming up around 4:45. Start working sets around 5:00. Usually done by 6-6:15. No pre-workout or any supplements before lifting.

Since Ive been work from home everything is much easier.
Ive got a home gym and my house backs up to a HS football field so I have a track and bleachers for cardio.
Workout during Lunch M-F and Cardio Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Mornings
Early rona I went 195-215 of bad weight. Started cutting and got back down to 188. Started bulking last month and I weighed in at the leanest 200 Ive ever been at this morning. 6'4 Fwiw

I'm a night owl. Sometimes I'm working out in my home gym at 2 AM.
