Came across this at work today. Not going to argue the pro's and cons of that particular organization's philosophy but...come on man.
ETA for clarity: Morbidly obese IT expert becomes level 1 then level 2 Crossfit trainer
Of course, you've got to appreciate the very well documented and logical accounting of his journey, as you would totally expect.
Plus, seeing as how I work in the dev wing of the IT branch of an IT company, and so had literally zero people I could share this with at the time, I guess the joke is on me

I was just chuckling, at a guy that was both an elite sql developer AND a Crossfit level TWO trainer...

Douche of a post... the OP is trying to pick on a guy b/c he is an IT guy and Level 2 certified... neither are related nor should his CF coaching skills be judged based on his appearance or "normal" job. He is either a good coach or not. People surprise me all the time.
