It takes 15 minutes to scramble enough eggs and ground beef/turkey and some spinach to last a week. Roll them into burritos when you get to work

I pretty much use all the same foods but try to create some variation.
Example sometimes I just eat air fried chicken thighs with rice and veggies and then sometimes I'll make a chicken alfredo pasta. I also do a chicken creole dish where it's just chicken thighs in a tomato paste sauce over rice
Sometimes I make burgers out of my ground beef and sometimes it's burritos
Sometimes I just grill pork tenderloins and sometimes I'll make a pork roast in a mushroom gravy
I always do beef chuck roasts with veggies and potatoes in the crock pot served over rice. It's too easy.
For fish I'll do shrimp and rice or shrimp fettuccini, shrimp tacos, grilled salmon

Breakfast - coffee and Fairlife shake
Lunch - Fairlife shake, ratio yogurt, fit crunch bar, Dr Pepper zero
Snack - fit crunch
Dinner - 8oz meat with Greek yogurt
I’m trying to get a six pack in the 11th hour

What do you guys eat to get to 300+ grams of carbs in a day?
My day usually something like this:
Breakfast - 1 egg, 0.25 cp egg whites, 1tsp butter
140 cal | 13P | 9 F | 0 C
Pre-workout meal - Tiramisu overnight oats
400 cal | 41P | 6 F | 37 C
Lunch - some type of chicken or beef bowl with rice
550 cal | 50P | 6 F | 68 C
Post-workout meal - Fairlife shake with a scoop of whey
270 cal | 54P | 4 F | 7 C
Snacks - usually beef jerky and nuts
300 cal |20P | 16 F |26 C
Dinner - this varies greatly, but is usually a big meal with 8+ oz of some protein, a vegetable, and a starch. I'll adjust the volume of what I am eating to make sure that I am hitting my daily caloric and protein needs.

shite I struggle to get >150g tbh
This is a typical day for me lately
I guess I could add a big serving of oats in the AM to boost carbs and decrease fat. I don’t eat nuts often but the kids had ton leftover from the summer so I grabbed a pouch when headed to work.

I struggle with this but I eat a shite ton of rice and potatoes, sometimes pasta to change things up. Fruit with breakfast. Roll my food into burritos for breakfast and add veggies to all my meals. Sometimes oatmeal too
