This right here is the best advice you will get, at least starting out on your journey. Once you do this for a few months then you can start to get more customized with tweaks.

one thing is just drink water if you dont already, that will cut out liquid calories and usually a lot.

Walk every day for one hour. Drink only water. Try to lift 3 days a week. Cut out sugar. Focus on higher protein.

If you do this you will drop weight.
