I love my rower. Used it today in a workout by Ryan Fischer.
Can use it in a lot of ways plus they have some good preprogramed workouts on it.

It's great, but you def have to do it for a lot longer than 5 minutes a day. At least 20 minutes of high intensity work.

I was short on time yesterday and wanted to get something in
1000 meters
10 push ups
800 meters
20 push ups
600 meters
30 pushups
400 meters
40 push ups
200 meters
50 push ups
As fast as you can
I did it in 18:30, I know not blazing fast but I was taxed.
I also use mine in between lifting, example if I am training chest I may jump on and go all out for 250m or 500m, just to keep heart rate up
I really like mine

Rowers are great tools, and I love that most people avoid them at the gym, so there's always one available. I like doing Tabatas on the rower.
