4 weeks ago I uped my calories to 2800-3000/ day. During those 4 weeks I've lost about 1 pound, but I'm getting much more ripped, waist getting smaller. I can see 4 ab muscles Protein intake is about 230-250/day

Total weight loss is now at 50 pounds

Hey TechDawg. Been reading this thread and it’s been motivating me. You said you ate a pound of chicken breast a day. Mind sharing how you cooked it? I can’t figure chicken breast out lol. Also - can you share your homemade salad dressing? Looking to change things up a bit.

Btw- congrats on your progress! Do you have an update?

I’m really jealous of you fatties that can drink one less coke a day and lose 30 lbs in a month

I’ve cut down to probably 1000 calories a day and have been doing 2 a days and still don’t have a 6 pack

I do the same, but with thighs.

Chicken breasts piss me off, because if you even slightly overcook it you'll be fricked for the next 3 days or so if you pre-make your meals

The fat difference doesn't affect me - I still lose weight regardless

I buy the one pound packs of the chicken strips, not breasts, sorry. I cook 4 packs on the grill sunday and wrap them in aluminum foil and then put in tuba wear for the week

I like the Tony Chacherie's chicken marinade. Marinate overnight or in the morning. I use a gas grill with all burners on low, cook on each side for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Mine are usually around 13 ounces a piece. Hope this helps.

To make it more efficient, I cook as many as the grill will hold which is 24. Lay them out all in north/south position and then freeze the left overs. I take out a frozen bag of chicken to put in the fridge 24 hours before I want to eat it so it's defrosted. Defrosting in the microwave makes it not as good.

Still at 50 pounds lost. Calories/day 3000-3200. Really starting to look shredded. Waist is shrinking. Starting to put on more muscle. Protein a day is 240-260 grams.

Morning- protein shake post workout
'lunch- salad with a lot of veggies, protein pack with pepperoni, cheese, grapes,
snack- 1 pound grilled chicken
snack2 - protein shake
dinner- 1000 calories of something like spaghetti, chicken, ground beef
