A while back I posted on this board about a plateau I was in. Got some really great advice and insight.

I still have a little bit to go to hit my target weight, but my wedding ring no longer fits

Much thanks to those on here who help us get unfat

Is that good or bad? Heads up! Chick's look for tan lines on the ring finger, so I have been told.

When my ring starts to get tight I know I'm getting too fat.
