Was on Trizeptide for around 10 months, lost around 35 lbs. then It quit working or plateaued. My insurance starting covering Wegovy which was good from a financial standpoint but hasn’t really been working. I’m working my way up on the dosage amount. Anyone else ever switched like this? I’m still down around 30 lbs. Any suggestions?

You went from a GLP+GIP to just a GLP. The appetite suppression will likely be less until you get to a higher dose. What dose were you on before swapping?

I’m not 100 sure now, it was fairly high. I’m on 1 MG now, switching to 1.75 MG this week.

You may unfortunately need max dose of sema, or close to it, if you were on high dose tirz. Try your next dose up and see how it works for you.

Not medical advice, just speaking from experience with glp’s.

IMO tirz is the appetite suppression king. I tried Reta for a while for fat burning and it didn’t have near the suppression effect that tirz did.

Very, very few people “need” and sema at all

The answer to his question is right and less and improve your fitness.

But that’s not a shot so he doesn’t want to do that

He gained weight back, which is physically impossible if you are eating less and increasing your cardiovascular and metabolic fitness

Thank you for the feedback. Any suggestions on supplements to take with this?

There’s no one more miserable than mingo shitting on people trying to better themselves.

This is where we have a fundamental disagreement.

I prefer to operate in reality

Sounds like he’s trying to better himself. What are you seeing that he’s not? Enlighten us…

He’s trying to get his pharmaceutical cocktail correct to not gain weight back. If you think that’s “bettering yourself,” again, we just have a fundamental disagreement

It sounds like he’s adjusting to help continue to lose weight. Maybe you read it wrong.

You just see anything associated with glp1’s and like to open up the shite gates without actually reading.

Just in general? Or looking for something specific?

I take MVI, B complex, vitD/K2, omega 3, mag glycinate, and a couple things for liver health.

I read it. It’s abundantly clear the OP and the majority of glp users have no interest in making lifestyle changes and will rely on the shots and only the shots to “improve their health”

Which is a debatable premise itself. It’s EXTREMELY simple, not easy, but simple. Some people want to make changes and will put in the requisite work. Others will say they want to make changes, but continue to live in denial and be full of shite. It’s like an alcoholic trading booze for cigarettes. Is that trade off going to buy you some time, probably, you aren’t going to kill yourself driving drunk or in an accident if you don’t drink. But the cigarettes are still going to kill you.

I cam to answer some questions. And then I see his name and the typical responses from him.

what reality? The reality is 40% of Americans are obese and these meds are an opportunity to change that. I agree with you 100% that lifestyle modifications must be made or you’ll go right back to where you started. It’s not a magical injection that allows you to eat Popeyes and continue to lose. And I know there are lots of people who are taking the meds without changing shite, but… I know its hard for you to imagine… but there are some of us out there who used the glps as a tool ,along with diet and lifestyle, to do a 180 on their health.

Now you’re just pulling stuff out of your arse.

Guy is losing 3.5lbs per moth, not crazy. Plateaued, looking for some info on what he can do to keep it up.
