“Walking Pneumonia” sucks.

Things of course could be worse. I could be miserable sick as balls. But this sucks in a whole other way. You feel decent until a coughing fit. Or you fell fine until you try to slightly exert yourself and get slapped to reality. Been doing this since Christmas.

Sucks. Make sure you get properly diagnosed. I had two doctors tell me I had walking pneumonia only to later discover it was mediastinal-centered lymphoma. Took 3 months to figure it out. Get well.

You're mean!!
I've had an xray, its RLL pneumonia that I can see the fluffiness.
Thanks for the scare.
J/K best of luck with your health man.

That was kinda mean, but I just went through such a long annoying painful process getting diagnosed that I feel duty-bound to throw it out there.
It took literally one (of six) months of chemo to take me from stage iv(b) (which, w lymphoma, means cancer in multiple organs/bones + large tumors) to cancer free, so it was actually a welcome diagnosis!

Stop your whining, the doctor told me yesterday I have bilateral pneumonia. You know, the one that REALLY sucks. I'm sure walking pneumonia isn't fun, but what you described sounds amazing compared to this shite. Ever coughed so hard you passed out?

I had walking pneumonia a few years ago, and that shite was terrible and lasted for like months. Lived in a townhome at the time which only had a bathroom upstairs, and it got so bad I would just go take a piss in the backyard sometimes to avoid climbing the stairs
