I stack them. The sil gives me a more instant effect and the tad gives me the staying power, and also recovery time is nothing. I'm ready to go again almost immediately. But I've suffered through the side effects. And I mean suffered. Leg pain, sciatic nerve pain, acid reflux like my throat was burning away, headaches. The good is better than the bad is bad though.

The prescription Viagra gives me such a splitting fricking headache the next morning that I can't concentrate on the pussy laying in front of me from worrying about headache that's to come
