I have been working a lot lately so I figured my leg aches was because of that but I am not sure. Today has been rough I haven't gotten out of bed all day because it hurts to walk. Also I get a ragging boner every time I start walking.

A little less than .5ml every third day. I didn't think that I was taking too much. It's roughly about 10 mg.

I would say that I am taking the recommend dosage from the bottle but it says not for human consumption. Taking this could result in death.
