Has anybody here had this and tried to cure it naturally somehow? Last thing I want to do is have surgery and frick something up later down the road. I’m in my early 20s so I want to try anything that might help it. I find it very hard to believe surgery is the only option considering our bodies naturally want to heal themselves.

Also, I just had a varicose vein removed in one of my legs less than a month ago.

Are you having symptoms? They don't necessarily need treatment if they're not bothering you.

Dull discomfort at random times. Usually 3 times a day. Only last for a minute or two

unfortunately there is no natural cure. I would get it fixed asap as it does and will affect fertility later on. That ended being the cause of my fertility issues after i already had two kids with ease. Third was a nightmare to be honest. Now i ended up getting the wife pregnant 3 days before the surgery after about 16 months of trying and after a year of very high dose hcg and clomid. Didnt find out until after the surgery.

the surgery isnt bad but you will be in pain for a few days. And youcore and hip flexors and groin muscles will be weaker for a while. Its a quick surgery and are out a few hours later. Back to work after a day or two so long as its not a strenous job.

I would do it though as soon as possible because the longer you wait, the more damage it is doing through lack of blood flow.

I would try to avoid surgery if at all possible. I had complications from the surgery and while I overcame it without too many lasting effects I ended up having to have two subsequent surgeries after months of pain and terrible swelling.

Basically the urologist really messed up. I won't mention the name of the urologist here but I wouldn't have this surgery in Shreveport.

I can not recommend Baylor medical and specifically Dr khera enough. I had mine with him and my vasectomy in November with him.

The vasectomy was supposedly really hard as the tubes had narrowed so much on the side I had the varicocele.

Only thing I will say is if you do wait, understand it can and prolly will start affecting fertility.

This is the only reason I’m seriously considering the surgery. Just a bad time of year for me work wise.

i had first 2 kids easy, waited 2 years and tried for the 3rd and nada. vericocele had gotten worse and gotten to the point i wasnt producing any sperm and apparently was affecting test levels to some extent.

It did fix the dull aches you get every once in a while that felt like you got kicked in the balls.

Talk to the doctor and get your sperm tested first baw. Doesn’t always affect fertility

100% true. but usually the longer you have it, the more it does. but i had mine for years upon years without knowing and had no problems getting wife pregnant first two times.
