Tweaked something in my elbow

I think I did it during uni front raises with dumbbells. I can still “push” during a workout (such as bench press) but lifting so much as a gallon of milk creates excruciating pain in my elbow.
What did I do? What should I do for it?

Take two Aleve and don’t beat off or swing a golf club.

This worked wonders on mine, wear it all the time.

Same boat as I am in.
Its probably tendinitis of the elbow. Press lighter weight, dont curl for a week or two. Use a sleeve on the elbow to warm the joint and keep it warm. Anti-inflammatory meds are the bomb.

I do it without pain but I only bench line 135 max. Just to keep the weight low. I also do crossovers, dips, and incline but at light weight.

First off, NEVER take medical advise from random people off the internet. 70 percent of people think chocolate milk comes from brown cows and I guarantee you some of those dumb fricks are on these boards. I'm definitely not a doctor or a PT but I might be able to point you in the right direction. Where specifically is the pain? Is it right below the elbow in your forearm?

Oh the irony.

It would be ironic if I told him to buy a dumb elbow sleeve or suggested some kind of remedy. I simply offered to point him in the right direction i.e. a physical therapist.

Directly on the elbow. In the gap right next to the prominent elbow bone
