Trap bar deads are sneaky

Starting to work this into my routine. Bruh I could barely do 5x 315 on the top set this morning. Crazy different movement then a normal deadlift.

It's a different groove, more quad dominant. Most say they can trap bar deadlift more than they can a regular deadlift, I think it depends on your levers/mechanics/strengths.

Trap-bar deadlifts and loaded carries are the staples of my home workouts during the quarantine. Love them

It feels more like a squat...I’ll run it a couple weeks and see how it stacks up.

Lol no those days are far behind me. The ACFT is easy AF anyways. From what I understand it’s only like 175 for 3 to pass...I was an Aviation Officer so 60%=pass
