Last night, yes. I had 3 beers plus a marg. Went to sleep around 930. But I typically don't drink that much every night, especially on weekdays. If I do its one beer. Guess that makes sense because when I do wake up at around 3, I'm a little dehydrated plus light headache. Then that goes away once I'm up and about.

Masturbation works wonders. That and Xanax.

any of you guys ever have trouble sleeping? I use to sleep like a baby until a year or so ago.
now i have sleep anxiety and as soon as my head hits the pillow, my heart starts racing and i keep looking at the clock. ive tried the breathing treatments and take an over the counter unisom, but none of that helps.
What is your diet like? Everyone I know who lives low carb has reported their sleeping consistency and quality is way higher.

I have always had trouble sleeping. Some nights I wake up at or 3am and can't go to sleep for another hour. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep at all. Most often I can't shut my brain off.. I'll worry about what I need to do the next day, or things that happened in the current day. And it'll spin in cycles.. feedback loops. Melatonin helps me a lot, I sleep a lot better since I've started taking it, but I still have trouble here and there
Alcohol messes with my sleep really badly. Even a single beer or pour of whiskey an hour or two before bed almost always causes me to wake up in the middle of the night in cold sweats. Cutting way back on alcohol has helped my sleep a lot too.
