Light roast > medium > dark.

Sounds counterintuitive but the roasting process burns off the caffeine, so the less roasted it is the better.

I use it on my Monday workout because it gives me about 3 extra reps on a certain exercise

On Mondays we do chest, cause if you want a thick mommy screaming “Mas chorizo duro por favor” in the backseat of a RAV4, your pecs better be awoke.

Not exactly correct. You get more beans per dark roast. If you measure by volume than the light roast wins. If you measure by weight, then dark roast wins.

Caffeine also is stable during roasting process.

You could also not give a shite and drink what you like and take a caffeine pill for 200mg.

Death Wish. From their site:

Death Wish Coffee K-Cups have around 420 mg of caffeine per cup for a serious caffeine kick. That's more than twice the amount of caffeine as your normal cup of coffee. Robusta beans are more caffeinated and bitter than Arabica beans.

I'm a caffeine addict... and that's a lot of caffeine.

Doesn't this kind of depend on how much you brew? Your telling me I get 100mg of caffeine whether I brew 4, 8, or 12 ounces from the pod?

A couple brothers in Moss Bluff, La roast their own and sale and ship it. They have an espresso/dark roast blend that gives me the biggest boost from coffee.
