At the gym I used to go to they had a guy come in who was traveling on business and paid for a one day pass. He did a bunch of calf raises and couldn't get out of bed the next day. His company had to send somebody to drive him home.

Squat day? No, that's weighted reverse lunge day. I was still feeling it this morning. The 2-4-6-8-10-12-.... with thrusters just now has me basically numb.
