Tried two local run shops looking for these. Sold out and unsure as to when they are getting them back in. Seems Corona shutdown might have interrupted the supply chain.

the only Brooks models that run narrow

That pure series of years ago also ran tight. Nice shoe, however.

Running warehouse trying to clear out the hoka rincon and Clifton stock before the new models come out. Both are now 20% off.

Rincon is my favorite “do it all shoe”.

New Balance FuelCell TC are legit. To me they are right in between the ZF3 and Next %. I wish they were in the price range of the ZF3, but if I can get 400 miles out of them (probably not) I will say they are worth it.

Nice. Have heard lots of good about them. Similarly, hearing the Saucony Endorphin Speed is shaping up to be the best running shoe of the year. Lots of reviewers preferring it over the Endorphin Pro.

I was gonna buy some ZF3's for marathon pace training dates but they're sold out everywhere in my size. i wonder when the new version comes out?

Picked up a pair of the Skechers Horizon Vanish last month to use for speed days. this is basically a racing flat with a slight bit of extra cushioning. but if you're like me and run in hokas, you feel everything on the ground.

overall a decent speed day shoe. i wore them in an 8 miler this weekend with no issues, but i wouldn't go over that in them.

paid $90.

Nice pick up!

Nike is about to drop some new stuff pretty soon. Starting to get confusing with the names, but think I got it right. ZF3 is getting replaced by the Tempo FK. Line up should be:

- AlphaFly Next%: ZoomX, CF plate, AirZoom pod units
- VaporFly Next%: ZoomX, CF plate
- Tempo Next%: ZoomX, composite plate, AirZoom pod units (replaces Peg Turbo)
- Tempo FlyKnit: React, plate (not sure if CF or composite), smaller AirZoom pod units (replaces ZF3)
- Pegasus 37: React + forefoot AirZoom unit
- React Infinity
- React Miler

I figure they were due for an overhaul. I'm waiting for the Endorphine Speed to show up locally to give it a try.

I don’t know if they’re still around or not but i found some Zoom Fly SP’s last December at my local Ross store for $50. Go take a look. If you like the Zoom Fly 3, you’d like the SP.

I have a couple pair that I still bring out every now and then. They are great for rainy days and I don't care about getting them dirty.

I hit the Nike Outlet every few months and grab a new pair of ZF3 for $80.

I ordered a pair as well thanks to lurking this thread. First pair of zero drops and enjoying them as well for my longer distance shoe.

We usually go up to Cypress. Wife likes the selection of stores up there better.

The store in Pasadena is a hike, but worth a stop if you’re ever in the area. It’s a Factory Clearance store rather than a Factory Outlet store. They tend to get better shoes and put them on a steeper discount. I’ve gotten ZF FK’s and Epic Reacts for $60 or less. First time I went I found VF 4%’s for 30% off retail which at the time was unheard of.

grabbed a pair of Skechers Max Road 4's off running warehouse. got them for $44, orignally priced at $125. as with hoka, love it when RW starts getting rid of the old stock. i'll combine these with the cliftons for recovery/long run days.
