Oh and the MS 150 at the end of the month.

I’ll be there. Debating on my starting point. I want to do the century day 1, but I’ve been traveling too much to be in decent shape so I might pull back.

Crushed a 30 mile zwift race today. Set some all time power prs at altitude from 10:30-19:30. Honestly haven’t even ridden much yet this year due to the weather. Really looking forward to summer so I can get some big miles in.

good morning, fellow cyclebros.

I've been churning out some pretty good rides lately. The warming weather and morning sunshine have boosted my morale.

Hope all y'all are kicking arse!

Why was it kinda awful?

I'm still rolling with the ol' 2017 Trek Al Domane II. She is in fine shape right now.

Because you're in a weird position on a twitchy bike. It's fun when you're cruising at 28+ but navigating road obstacles, intersections, etc is much more challenging than a normal road bike

How the roads of btr treating you? Seems you ride mostly ride indoors these days. Also, it seems the BTR riding scene has fallen apart since 2017. No more emails or post in the FB group from GM. Does the split ride on T/TH still happen?

We had a good group from 2014-2017. Training race was full and fast.

I wish Lemoine would bring back his late May road race. Seems the only surviving is Rouge Roubaix (by a thread) and Tour de Louisiana

The established group rides are inconsistent at best. GM is still leading the Tues/Thurs split rides during DST and the Saturday morning ride from the casino. I don't attend regularly but he has his core group of followers that join him. The TR hasn't existed for the last 3-4 years. Hell, the TR would frizzle out after a month or so when you were in town. We all transitioned over to GroupMe chats for organizing/posting group rides.

I been through a few ups and downs the last couple of years. I find motivation and then lose it. Rinse and repeat. 2019 was my last good year of riding.

Zwift is just too convenient at times. It's a blessing and a curse at the same time.

How are you enjoying the new city/scenery? Your power numbers on Zwift are legit.
