I know benefits of all and the cons of all. But what does most of the board do?

Also what is your sets for each?

I feel more comfortable doing drop sets except doing a fly as still scared of shoulder injury. Will never do a crossover again.

Straight weight here. If I'm mixing it up, accomodating resistance or an isometric.

Switch it up

Drop set, descending reps, ascending reps, straight sets to failure

Ramp up. I always did that instinctively. Drop sets were last to failure

I almost exclusively use one of the five set schemes below

Straight with an amrap on the last set.
Reverse pyramid training dependent model
Rest pause doggcrapp style
Ramping EMOM sets
Ladders

Every once in a while I will use drop sets just as a burnout.
