They bicker for like 2 hours before finally letting each other speak and make points. It is a tough listen

I am surprised this thread is not bigger, guess there’s not that many vegans here. All my pop ups are from vegan sites saying “Rogan says Wilks did so good he’s going to take down the original”, and arnold Schwarzenegger congratulating Joe for being open minded.

I think that if people eat a whole foods organic diet whether that be vegan, low-carb or maybe even carnivore The differences and outcomes of death and disease narrow greatly.

I work with a bunch of cardiologist who are spouting sound bites from the movie, and I’m like slaves, not really a vegan, steroids, got that way from meat, bean burrito boners? Not real science, not a study. It’s upsetting that they can be influenced by crap, then repeat it because they have such great influence on others.

it’s all very controversial, and experts on both side disagree about it, so how can any lay person come to a conclusion, or be so opinionated one way or the other.

The next revolution in diet, nutrition and health care will be the epigenome, and we will surely see that different people do better on different diets, and medicines.
