I thought it was just me they were fricking with but looking through their social media, seems to be everyone that placed an order back in Nov.
Order placed and 2 weeks go by without shipping. I email customer service, they create a shipping label, and assure me it has now left their warehouse. Since then it’s basically sat in label made status since Dec9th and they keep blaming the post office and their holiday shipping delays. The reality is they didn’t have the inventory and just kept taking orders. Oh they’re also refusing to cancel orders and give refunds
Just disputing the charge with my AMEX and moving on.

Wow I am very glad you posted this. I was looking at scooping some of these with Christmas cash. Looks like Vuori will get the money.

Problem is my order was placed in November and still hasn’t shipped since this was sent on Dec 23. I’m not really sure why they can’t admit the error is on their end. Very strange.

Yea it's weird. I've ordered a few things from them over the past year and never had a problem. Even had to contact support a couple times and return a few things and it was always quick and easy. I'm not sure what has been going on since black Friday but obviously they are messing up a lot. It's a shame because their stuff is good.

disputing it got things resolved fairly quickly, funny how that works
They issued a full refund and a store credit for a pair of shorts if I want to try them again. They're still trying to pretend its a USPS issue. Guessing they thought blaming them could buy them enough time to get the orders fulfilled without having to refund people

I assume they just probably got way more orders than they thought this year
I've been seeing their shorts a lot more in my gym and a lot more of their marketing, so I don't know if they paid more for marketing this year or if word has just gotten out
This seems to happen every year with these newer companies that kinda take off

They ended up shipping them out anyway and I do actually love the shorts
