I have a pair and personally love them. They are pricey but they're running a $20 off sale plus you can stack a coupon code on top of that. Just go to their Instagram and the people they tag always have coupon codes in their profiles. ...

It will cancel automatically. The title company should prorate the taxes and you'll pay your share at closing. After that you have noting else to worry about....

Did you buy your house after May 31st last year? In Jeffferson the sale is not counted until the next year if bought after May 31st. Now you are paying taxes based on your sale.
And you're not paying back taxes. You've lived in the house all year right? You're paying the taxes for the 2020 year....
