I am on Tirz, NAD+, just started BPC-157/TB-500(for muscle related injury)

Been on the tirz for a year now. Great results.

NAD+ is the game changer for me. Started three weeks ago and it’s an energy and well being dream.

But tell me about the sermorelin.

How old are you? What are you trying to accomplish? Where is your free testosterone at? HGH has more side effects than just doing testosterone. Diet, gym at least 3-4 days a week depending on age, with testosterone will change your life. At the end of the day you can take every peptide that’s out there but you have to use them as a tool with everything else I listed above if you want to maximize. I’m 45, eat my weight in protein daily, gym 6 days a week, and currently running 180mg of testosterone a week and feel like I’m in my 20’s. I’ve been doing this a long time if you need help.

I actually am prescribed testosterone by my urologist for low T. I’m 40.

What did your labs say?

You need to get a full blood panel. Dr’s, primary care or physicians are clowns. Their idea of where optimal test levels should be is comical. You need to go to a wellness clinic that specializes in sports or health. Most Dr’s say if your test levels are above 300 you’re good to go lol. 700-900 is the minimum for feeling good at our age but your labs and ultimately how you feel dictates where you can handle. You get your levels up, body weight in protein and some gym and you’ll feel like a new person in 6 months

I get full panel labs done. My test is always around 800-1200.

I don’t workout honestly. I have insomnia and never have a lot of energy. Currently doing a protocol for sleep based off sleep restriction. It’s working.

Can’t say I’m getting 180g of protein, either.

How long have you been on test? It takes at least 6 months to really start feeling it. The protein is key brother. Muscles need protein to grow and you need to lift some weights. I’m not saying it will cure insomnia but I promise you will see drastic improvements. Without working out you’ll lose muscle faster. We naturally lose muscle every year at our age. I know it’s a life choice and requires discipline. The first 90 days are the hardest but I promise it’s worth it. I have good days and bad but I’ll never stop. Good luck and if you have any questions reach out!

Damn! Sounds like it’s time to change the diet and hit the gym. How often do you inject? I do 3 times a week to keep it level. Once a week isn’t enough. Make sure you’re doing at least 2 a week, hit the gym and adjust the diet. I promise you’ll look and feel better. Cut out sugars and processed foods. Beer is horrible for testosterone. With your levels all you need is diet and gym. There’s zero reason for any more peptides unless you have an injury. Can’t stress enough about the diet!

I’m in sales and am on the road all day.

Im not hungry when I wake up, generally eat what I provide to customers which is always restaurant food. And when I get home I eat too many carbs.

Don’t sleep well.

Why do grown men select secretagogues instead of running GH?

Half measures rarely produce desired results in life.

there is a place for them and for many its legality, but in general I agree and thats after being on gh peptides for a long time.

as far as sermorelin,

its a growth hormone releasing hormone. makes the amplitude of the release higher. Sermorelin is a first generation GHRH and there are much better ones available.

OP sounds like you would be much better off getting your diet and training in order and then using high dosed Melatonin to help you sleep. Before starting any sleep aid though I would highly highly suggest getting a good sleep hygiene routine.
