I'm admittedly pretty ignorant on supplementation. I think most of the board regulars know my general situation. Probably around 10% bf, in the gym or active 5 or so days a week, mid 20s. I'm going to Austin for the week of the 4th, but when I get back I really want to hammer down in the gym and kitchen. I'm looking to lose 5 or so lbs of body fat while keeping stregth, and it seems I'm getting to the point where it's getting really tough with no supplementation at all.

I'm familiar with things such as EC stacks, cortisol enhancers, etc, but am ignorant on the actual application of taking them/where to get them, so help me out.

Losing bodyfat without losing muscle and/or strength is pretty difficult without using the juice. Better cut the frick out of some carbs

Really? How many guys do you know that are natural at sub 10% bodyfat and can cut without losing strength or muscle size? GTFO

So ECA stack is 200mg c/25mg e/81 mg of aspirin. Best to start with that dose once in the morning, once around lunch. Over the course of a few weeks, you can ramp up to 2 at those times and one at 2:30.

Get ephedrine from Walgreens, it's called bronkaide. Same with baby aspirin.

Get the caffeine from lockout supplements, they are in Dallas. Get SNS brand.

For cortisol, get SNS reduce XT from lockout. Take 5 pills split 2/2/1 starting same time as eca.

If you want something else to help naturally, sns glycophase.

As for diet, I always suggest the renaissance periodization diet now. They have an app that tells you what and when to eat. If you have Android, email me, I can get you a free trial. If not Ill post the templates.

Other then that, lift heavy, get strong and stay in a small deficit. Oh and track your steps so you make sure on average, your physical activity doesn't decrease as you decrease calories.

Plenty, we are talking sub 10 for a short period, not 6. And yes you will prolly loose a small amount of strength and muscle but not much.

So dosage is consistent no matter weight really? As you know, I'm light.

This is the plan. If I can just decrease calories like 250 or so a day I'm good with that. I'm not too concerned with how long it takes to drop the weight, like I said I'd like to keep performance pretty steady.

That is bare minimum to start with. For example I take that in the morning and again at noon. I have a friend who is much larger that take two of those doses in the morning and at noon. You start with the dosage I laid out, slowly adding a dose when you feel you can handle it.

I would start with 250c deficit and ramp up your non exercise physical activity i.e. step count for the day.

Am I reading this incorrectly, or are you recommending that somebody (whose medical history etc you have no idea of) takes FIVE ECA stacks in a day?

No I said start with one and as ramp up as he feels he is capable, you know since he knows his own health history and all. I was simply saying don't exceed 5 doses a day.

And ftr I don't recommend an ECA stack unless they want to.

Some days, I feel like you know what you’re talking about.

Other days, like today, I feel like you don’t have a clue. Hopefully he LOOSES some weight.

Haha don't be a dick, I type on my phone and fat finger it a lot. Loose is a word in autocorrect so it doesn't change it for me lol.

And I wasn't saying he would be able to walk around sub 10% for an extended period of time, that would be miserable. But to get like that for the summer....yea it's done often. Go look on some of the Facebook groups like kinobody, you can damn well tell they are not juicing and many of them are shredded as hell, same with the bodyweight fitness sub Reddit.

Been taking one dose of this in the morning along with a reduce XT and then another reduce XT in the afternoon.

The ECA stack definitely works. It has curbed my hunger to where I'm really not hungry at all during lunch, just eat enough to fuel my workout.

I will say though, that caffeine pill had me feeling like a took an Adderall for like 2 hours the first couple of days which is surprising because I usually have two cups of coffee which I haven't been doing since starting the stack.
