The bolded/italicized were in red as they were either high or low. Cause for worry or concern? Thanks in advance.

This one is below average but not cause for concern. You'd get deferred if you tried to donate blood, and only because you're a guy.

Slightly high but not that far from normal.

They usually have LL or HH if it's critical.

It was also not fasting, if that makes a difference.

Creatinine can be high if you eat a lot of protein and/or take creatine supplements.

Nothing really stands out to me, but I'm no Dr.

Hell then, you're definitely ok.

That's pretty much my thinking, but those lows in RBC and all sort of gave me a little bit of a concern... from what I can tell, it means I'm slightly anemic maybe.

Is that the first time your BUN/Creatinine have been elevated? If not, something to keep an eye on. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of fluids.

It’ll make a difference for glucose for sure.

Bun/creatinine are kidney function .. high bun often is related to hydration status .. I don’t think any doctor will be “concerned” with it or the creatinine but I would think that they’ll want to monitor it.

Did I miss a GFR?

That set of results shows you in slight anemia, but I wouldn't be concerned until I had another blood draw to confirm this first result, and then a follow up blood draw in a few months that still showed anemia.
