It should be the very last thing you do after maxing out your diet; training and the body composition you can get to naturally.

Personally, I don’t frick with anything that can mess with my hormones ... it’s just not worth it. (For me)

What George said. Shouldn’t even be on your mind until you’ve approached your natural limits.

We still haven’t learnt the effects of sarms. I really think it’s safer to do a basic test cycle and get better results while keeping an eye on bloods and taking AI/HCG if needed.

Ostarine is so mild it's practically just a step up from taking creatine. It's so well tolerated and with no side effects for most users that IMO if you want to give it a go you might as well.

Don't expect any miracles though. If your nutrition and workouts are on point it will ehance your results but it's nowhere near strong enough to give results in spite of sloppy discipline.

Provide us with more info on where you are at stat wise and diet/training routine and we may be able to help.

Ostarine (or other chemicals sold as Ostarine) can lower your test levels. Not saying that it will happen to everyone, but to say that it has no side effects at all would be a stretch. I'm not sure if it was legit Ostarine or something else (you never really know unless you test it yourself), but I've seen the pre/post bloods.

Yep, thats why I wanted to see where he was stat wise and progress wise before giving advice.

The only Sarms won't affect hormones are GW and MK. Mk does while on but there is no negative feedback. The rest all affect hormone levels.
