Started following him on IG and Youtube lately. I like his concepts of combing Crossfit and BB.

Any one ever mess with any of his programs or follow his stuff?

I agree, wasn't paying for it. Hoping someone here had it for free maybe

You can get the basis from watching and posts some workouts. Had never trained that style but seemed logical

I have been doing my strength/BB workouts separate from my crossfit so interested to combine them

After CCC this weekend I may go that route or may run MAPS aesthetic and do some crossfit in between

I like his HiiBB programs overall and I think this one is his best work. It's 3 on 1 off. I would prefer to see it 4 days a week with an optional 5th day.

Overall I think this is his best work. It is very similar to Brian's Alshure's summer shred program. Setup on most things

Main lift
Antognist
Hard cardio

It is much more volume than summer shred though as it's mainly GVT as this is his bulking program. The accessory/supplemental is mainly barbell work at high volume which I do agree is prolly the best for mass overall.

His other HiiBB programs I really like too, but frick they are stupid hard. I know he programs this for someone of his level and he is a regional games competitor like 5 times and qualified for the damn Olympic bobsled team. Similar to Brian's programs, it takes a long time to even be able finish all the exercises much less do everything as prescribed.

It's a great way to get stronger and shred at the same time.

I do not like though how in the first two additions he uses the CrossFit philosophy of random programming instead of picking 2 or 3 variations of the main lift and rotating them out. Also do not like how there is no progression model built in. Now I know how to progress but most that do this will not.

I also do not like his affinity toward one arm db bench, don't understand that shite.

Straightcash is doing it too and seems to like it alot but like me thinks it's fricking stupid hard.

Thunderbros programming did the same.

However, I don’t like combining the two.

Cardio in the AM
Crossfit at Noon or 6pm

If I get a noon class in, I’ll lift in the evening.
